Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from The Extension Haus. Because hair extensions are a personal-use product, returns are only accepted when the hair remains completely unused and in its original sealed product packaging.

Return Window

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the hair must:

• Be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, and otherwise unaltered.
• Remain in the original product packaging with any security seal or product seal fully intact.
• Be returned with all original packaging and included materials.

You may open the outer shipping box or mailer to inspect your order. However, once the individual hair packaging or security seal has been opened, the hair is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Hair

Hair cannot be returned after it has been removed from sealed product packaging or if it has been brushed, combed, washed, colored, toned, cut, installed, worn, treated with product, or otherwise altered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and photos so we can review the issue. This return policy does not limit any rights you may have for goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of an error or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before Sending a Return

Please contact The Extension Haus before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
