SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the United States. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

AVAILABLE-STOCK ORDERS

Orders for hair available in our inventory or our vendor’s inventory typically arrive within 3–5 days. Orders sourced from available vendor stock generally take about five days total.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, availability, holidays, and carrier delays.

If you need your hair by a specific date, contact hello@theextensionhaus.co before placing your order so we can confirm availability and expected timing.

CUSTOM COLORS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Signature custom-color and individually customized hair require additional production time. Custom color formulas are available only in the Signature Collection; Couture is available in its existing shades. We confirm your specifications, final price, and current lead time before production begins.

Special-order Genius Weft textures, including Body Wave, Wavy, and Curly, typically require approximately 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping time.

The standard 3–5 day delivery estimate does not apply to custom-production or special-order items.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND DELAYS

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

If an item becomes unavailable or we learn of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON DELIVERY

Inspect your shade, length, density, and order details immediately upon delivery, before opening sealed hair packaging or using the hair.

Eligible non-custom return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Hair must remain unused, unaltered, and in its original product packaging with all ties, tags, bindings, and security seals intact. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements.
