Clip-ins are removable. Take them out before sleeping, showering, swimming, or any activity where the clips could pull or tangle the hair.

Availability + Delivery

Standard clip-in shades are sourced from our salon inventory or our vendor’s available inventory. When the selected hair is available, orders typically arrive in about 3–5 business days. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If a selection is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with the current lead time before proceeding.

Custom color or other individually customized clip-ins are made to order and require additional production time. Final specifications, price, and lead time are confirmed before production begins.

Before You Open the Hair

Inspect the shade, length, density, and order details immediately on delivery while all individual product packaging, ties, tags, bindings, and seals remain intact. Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Used, opened, cut, worn, washed, colored, or otherwise altered hair is not eligible for a shade-match or change-of-mind return. Custom-color and individually customized hair is final sale once production begins.
