The Signature Shade System
Signature has its own shade range and its own color ring. Always match and order Signature hair from the Signature Shade Ring. Couture shades are a separate system and should not be used interchangeably.

Availability + Delivery
Standard Signature shades are sourced from our salon inventory or our vendor’s available inventory. When the selected hair is available, orders typically arrive in about 3–5 business days. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If a selection is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with the current lead time before proceeding.
Signature Texture Options
Standard Straight Genius Wefts are sold in 50g packs with no minimum pack quantity; order the packs and shades you need. Textures and special orders require a minimum of 200g: four matching 50g packs in the same collection, shade, length, density and texture. Each quantity is one 50g pack. The special-texture price includes the texture upgrade.
10 textures: Straight, Kinky Straight, Body Wave, Natural Wave, Water Wave, Deep Wave, Deep Curly, Kinky Curly, Loose Curly and Loose Wave.
Signature special textures add $65 per 50g pack to the selected Straight hair price. Estimated production and delivery timing is approximately 2–3 weeks; we confirm current timing before production.
Texture-guide colors are illustrative. Select your actual shade from this collection’s shade system.
Custom Shade Orders
Custom-color special orders have a 200g minimum: four matching 50g packs. We confirm the matching order details before production.
Custom-color hair is made to order. We confirm the formula, final price, availability, and current production lead time before production begins. Custom-color and individually customized hair is final sale once production begins.
Before You Open the Hair
Inspect the shade, length, density, and order details immediately on delivery while the individual hair packaging, ties, tags, bindings, and seals remain intact. Eligible non-custom returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Used, opened, cut, installed, washed, colored, toned, or otherwise altered hair is not eligible for a shade-match or change-of-mind return.
